Our screening process is extensive.  The following screening is done on each candidate:

• Application - all our applicants complete a thorough 4 page application
• All information on application is verified for accuracy and authenticity.
• Reference checks - both written and verbal references
• Criminal Background Check
• Sexual predator - Child abuse screening
• Motor Vehicle Check
• Medical exams as requested by employer
• Personal Interview - ALL OF OUR APPLICANTS ARE INTERVIEWED BY OUR STAFF IN OUR OFFICE.
